    "Bundled with spyware"

by Bull Terrier on September 22, 2006

Pros: The product's interface is pretty easy and friendly. I'd say it's a "functional" interface.

Cons: The simplest and most powerfull reason why you should be carefull with this product is that it comes bundled with a spyware, and you can not use it without the spyware. So, search for another free but CLEAN CD/DVD burner. Alternatively, if you use Avast! home edition running during the install, you will be immediately prompted at the detection of the bundled malware, and you'll be asked to take an action (you have to configure Avast! to do so); and luckly, you may choose to simply render the malware with no action, from 2 other actions to choose from. In this way, you can have the product installed but without the malware's function (actually, the malware will still be kept at your PC). Take your decision!
