It does what it sets out to do. Also shows thumbnails of recently opened documents. Also has well working plugin for Total Commander.

So far I haven't experienced any.

Can't beat the price or the performance or resources used. Highly recommend it, especially for the Total Commander users or fanatics like me.

It is very fast, has not crashed, has not given me error messages, and works when I need it. If you need a ton of features, it will not be for you.An annotation capability would be useful, but I can live with out it. It loads fast, expands fast and is readable. That is my idea of a 5 star PDF reader.

PDF is such a bloated format. I started using Sumatra because of how sluggish other PDF readers are (even PDF X-Change or Foxit). It doesn't have any "Pro" features like markup, editing or conversion but it's not really meant to.

Very light on resources, loads quickly, free and never once has crashed on me in the years I have been using this. NO BLOATWARE OF ANY KIND.....unlike the Big A! This install is safe, clean, crash free, bloat free, and just plain FREE!! Portable!!!!....Can run on a USB Stick!!!

The only thing I can think of is not being able to change words within the pdf.....but thats something most people never need to do!! So I dont think of it as a con but instead an option i didt need in a simple pdf "reader" so I didnt get it but that keeps me away from the bloatware.
Summary
If your looking for a very simple easy to use PDF Reader with basic reader functions (such as: find text in the document, go to any page, mulitple views - single page, book mode, full screen,etc), no bloatware, clean Command Bar, automatic updates, PORTABLE ON A USB KEY and little to no crashes (for me ever!) then this reader is the one. I have used nothing else in the last couple of years since finding this. A jewel of simplicity for todays computer user. Just get it.

I just followed link to full specs to the publisher's web site & its not a readable page! (Can't read Python yet, sorry)
I don't trust something that's not maintained enough to keep the website working. Maybe check back later if other people don't have problems with it.
I'd rather learn more about using Calibre to handle PDFs, which is not quick & easy, but incredible if you can use it for large piles of reading material (which I do).
But these reviews fail to mention the PDF viewers' ability to download PDFs well, which is how Adobe fails the worst for my case. Hang or crash like 85% of the time or more. (No other problems with any other programs at all.) -

Quick starting. Text has good contrast and is easy to read. It's possible to select sections of the document to paste in another document.
