"Better Off Getting A Paid Program"
Pros: - The amount and quality of affirmations that comes with this software is excellent.
A Note: For those who claim this type of program in general doesn't work I totally disagree. First off check out Wikepedia for research on "Subliminal Messages". It's true some studies claim that it doesn't work but there are other studies that point to at least a moderate amount of success. In addition, pay attention to the time duration of the studies, going to a movie for 2 hrs to be influenced by a subliminal image of a Coke Bottle is a lot different from writing out messages that you believe in, and that you have flashed before you every 20 seconds for at least 4hrs a day, 6 days a week, on up to 1 to 6 months! Do the math! How can one not be influenced by the messages!? After all, this is related to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy - self talk, which is proven to be highly effective at changing behavioral and emotional patterns. (Oh and I'm not referring to the kind of subliminal messages where you secretly hear things in music, I'm much more skeptical about that, but this is different, the messages are being flashed before your eyes).
I believe this is a truly powerful tool and I'm really surprised that most people haven't caught on to this yet!
Cons: This program has two major flaws in my opinion:
1. The "Message Duration" - has a maximum setting of 0.5 second. This might not bother many but when I'm depressed I really would like to see the messages for at least a 1.2 seconds or maybe 1.5 seconds. Why not increase that?
2. The "Interval Between Messages" the maximum time duration is 5 sec. . This should be extended to at least 30 seconds. (When I'm not feeling down and I just want it on the background I don't want to be bothered with the messages as much)
If these two features were modified I would highly recommend this software, until then, in my opinion one is better off paying $15 for "Subliminal Mind" .

Pros: Easy to use. Does what it says it does, but there are a few things you can tweak: adding your own messages, changing the text colour and size, where the messages appear on your screen, and how frequently they appear
Cons: You can actually see a flash as the message comes up and at times, which can be very iritating, but once you're used to it, you wont notice it.

"Does exactly what it says, and no more"
Pros: A very simple program, no more features than you need. Choose a pre-made list of Subliminals or create your own. Tweak the location, duration, colour {etc} of the Subliminals or leave them at defaults. It's incredibly simple to get up and running in seconds.
The program is also very small, using almost no memory or processing power. You hardly notice it running (I've had it going since yesterday).
It's small, it's free, it's simple, it's easy to configure.. what more could you want?
Cons: No idea if this sort of thing actually works. But this is a headache-free way to find out ;)
