Pros
We'll see if this really works. I've had it installed for about a week. I figure I need to give it at least 3 weeks, although I plan on using it much longer. Especially since I tweak the messages about every other day. I'm really liking this program.
Cons
After creating my own categories with associated messages, I found they did not reappear the next start. Turns out the messages were saved (within the "messages" sub folder), but the category was not. Solution? Edit the "categories.txt" adding your category to the file. I put mine at the top of the file. Save, then restart. Simple. Working good!
Summary
I bypassed the canned messages and went directly to crafting my own personal messages. Its easy to edit in order to customize the message directed to your subconscious. You periodically see a flash, but it does not interfere with your work. I have it running all day. I expect great things from this little program. And this is not malware. My AV did not like CNETs installer, though.

Easily edit and/or create affirmations, comes with plenty of good ones already!! Easy to use, runs in background (minimizes to hidden program icons so it doesn't take up taskbar space!). Choose color, size all types of stuff.. seems perfect.
Cons
Non that stand out.
