"Biggest problem - no support"

It's not that it's bad support it's that there is no support.
Summary
I complained about the unlock process and rec'd an email that with in 2 days I would receive an unlock code. That was last August. Still waiting. Based on what I think this program does; because the developer has ignored me, I am only guessing, there are a number of other programs out there very similar in aim and operation. They are all looking for customers and we writers only have a certain amount of money to spend. Why then is this company alienating possible clients. Makes no sense to me, but does suggest that if they don't care about helping you then the program is likely to be as lousy as their support.
I am not downloading the new version from CNET and have deleted my old version. Story Shark developers drove me straight into the arms of the Scrivener people.
