Pros
Nice little notes. Transparency is a good feature. It's free.
Cons
User interface is rather non-standard: with SP minimized to the tray/notification area, a right-click does nothing; a left-click gives you a popup from which you can then initiate a new note. Should be that a single left-click initiates a new note, and a right-click gives you the popup. The popup has no "Exit" function ... you have to discover that a right-click on it exits the program. The "help" has no real command reference ... I still do not know what the "pin" icon (the one at the top left) on each note does. The "show all" button on the popup does nothing if you have the closed notes put in a directory to keep them from cluttering up the Desktop with a bunch of individual icons. Etc.
Summary
With a bit of work, this could be a nice program. Right now, it is just an OK one,
