I am not sure but I think this could be a scam. Product didnt work at all, zero "24-hour customer service." All service tel numbers not switched on, 2 days later, i got an email saying they have no record of my purchase.

Ummm... doesn't work! Not as advertised!
Summary
Even after reading others horrible reviews I still wasted my money and it only recovered 8 out of over 400 pictures from my accidentally deleted SD card! Waste of time and money... there are free programs that do a much better job.

Summary
Tech support not helpful. Level 2 support more helpful, but only avail 9-5 Indian time. Program not working. Demanded refund, they suggested creating bootable HD,installing into computer, booting off this. When I told them this seems unreasonable, I called my own tech support. They demanded invoice for refund. Still stalling. Buyer beware.
