Version: Stellar Phoenix Photo Recovery 3.2
"this product is a scam! do not buy. do not buy."
Pros: none. this program only managed to recover a small portion of my photos
Cons: this program did not manage to recover any more than the FREE one i downloaded. The preliminary scan was false and misleading. Service was terrible.
Summary: I downloaded this program and did the "scan" which displayed thumbnails of my lost photos that the program would recover. Satisfied that the photos I wanted to recover were all there, I then purchased the program. However, the program failed to recover many of the the thumbnails it displayed (no more than a completely free one I had). I was very upset to be deceived and i contacted Stellar Phoenix for a refund. They led me through all these steps and asked many questions (which i was very willing to answer) but then they told me that they would not refund and I was never able to get my photos back. I twas terribly frustrating and wasted so much time contatcting them. basically its a scam.
