Version: Stellar Phoenix CDRom 2.0
"This product does not do what it says it will."
Pros: There is nothing that I liked about this product.
Cons: It was hard to get it validated.
Summary: It appeared to see all my files on the trial version, even those in a previous burn session. But when I recovered the files, I was unable to view the pictures, the company tells me that they are corrupted. I would recommend you be extremely cautious with this company and software...
It was hard to understand the techs.
They refused to refund when you are not satisfied.
I could not be more dissatisfied with a product. I feel like it is a scam.
When I asked for a refund they refused, even after they had remotely connected to my computer...They could even delete it if they wanted to. I am really angry. Hope no one else gets burned the way I did.
