Version: Steganos LockNote 1.0.4
"Strong encryption of plain text files"
Pros: Data is stored in the program so there is only one file to carry around
Cons: Find could be better. You have to click with a mouse, you can't just hit enter to execute the find command.
Summary: I use it for storing my huge collection of passwords. Operates pretty much like notepad except for the encryption. Very useful for keeping secret data with a simple format but not for anything complicated. read more
