1) Presented as one time purchase but license is for one year only (written nowhere).
2) When turning off, I get some CMD error that I have to kill and turn off takes an additional 5 minutes. Turns back to normal when uninstalling that softwareSummary
There are also installation problems. Some COM error and also with the licensing which was reported to be already expired.
Too many problems to make this a useful software even if it does log, it is really a drag when trying to turn off the computer and it really makes it look like there is something wrong with the computer. -

wouldn't let me back in the program when i pressed ctrl alt shift S. I tried looking at the manual & it came up as "retype address".
Summary
hotkey was garbage, couldn't get back in the program. tried looking at user manual from website & said "retype address". i tried downloading program again & when i came to the password screen in put in the default password it let me in but said my trial version had expired when I only installed it today! would really liked to have used this program; seemed simple to use.

Simple to install, no university degree rqd. Only needed the instructions once when I accidentally went in stealth mode. Appears to monitor everything. Emails log activity to address of choice & without the cumbersome hassle of setting up smtp, etc
Cons
If option is chosen, it emails reports every 120 minutes but it does not allow more frequent email reporting. Only has a five day trial however within 5 minutes I knew i finally found the monitoring program i had been searching for.
Summary
I am totally surprised this program has such few downloads compared to others. I`ve tried all of those 3, 4 and 5 star programs on CNET and other sites, all crap in my opinion, surfed the net endlessly, almost gave up finding the program that suited me best. This one had a poor rating from someone who couldnt find the instructions so because of that, I never bothered to try this. Out of frustration, i finally gave in. What a relief. Maybe I`m missing something, who knows, but I sure wasnt finding what I was looking for in all those other highly rated ones. Perhaps when my trial is up in 5 days i may feel different, but so far, this one is by far the best, and by far the cheapest. By the way, the user who couldnt find the instructions ... click on the É. A menu pops up.
