Version: StartupXPert Professional 2.1
Cons: StartupXpert does not uninstall cleanly and parts of the program are left behind upon uninstallation. I cannot get rid of them.

Pros: I like the scan for new startup programs. Very nice tool.

"Duplicates msconfig w/o additional features"
Pros: Nicer interface than MSConfig.exe
Cons: Does not reorder start up items so larger programs load last
