"Pretty darned good, and simple too."

Pros
A lot of these startup managers seem a bit buggy and bloated to me, and are really intrusive. I tried dzens of them and stil did not find what I want, but this one I have kept and actually use, and it doesn't interefere with my OS so much, like so many seem to. It has a very small temporary footprint. If you want security features I think you need to look elsewhere. Very much worthy of download and trying out.
Cons
None to mention really, it is what it is. I wish i could find something as inocuous as this that would let me intercept the list of startup items right after logon... that's what I really want but have not yet found. If you know of one, please do mention it in your review here.
