  "have not tried.....but....."

  Pros

  have no idea how this works.....but start up inspector free, will do the same thing except you can pick and choose which programs you don't want at boot up, for those who are not comfortable going into msconfig to take stuff out . VIPER.

  "Speeds up my star up time"

  Pros

  Very simple, though the user interface contains all it needs to have. The delay function is working properly and in my case it really speeds up my startup time at least with a factor two. What this little gadget does cannot be done with msconfig. Its install went very fast and clean.

  Cons

  In the language field there is a language called "???????". Choosing this option all your menus will go to ??????

  just go type msconfig in the run go to the startup and remove the programs that are not needed to run.
