Pros

Great FPS game I have played for 11 years now. Great to see it is for free as I was looking to show a friend. This game helped pave the way for modern FPS gaming. No one has been able to remake a FPS game that truley is this much fun.

Cons

You need to update the master server list to be able to view any servers online, Version 1.11 is a must have so google for good tribes links. tribesmasterserver.com for good help with master server issue.

Summary

This is a very addicting game beware! Capturing flags is a skill you must work hard for to be good as there are many tricks to the trade. Same with firing your disc launcher. Lots of great mods including Renegades and Annihilation along with Paintball as long as someone still hosts them... Great game for any size computer now days. This thing ran on windows 98 great... Vista and 64 bit users will need some patch tweeks you can google for to make it work properly. www.annihilations.info and www.tribes0.com are good resources. Also checkout www.planettribes.com... i hope these links stay good for years to come. If like you can always host a server with it right out of the box then wait for others to join that may only have the same version as this download. I know what your thinking...
