"great game, but not tnough newbie protection"
Pros: all in all, i give it a three. Great game however, there is not nearly enough protection for newbie's. so if you think you can handle the dissapointment of logging on every day and finding that you planets have been take yet again despite the fact that you have done absolutely everything in your power to protect them then sure spend an hour dowloading this game

Pros: galaxy is smallish and arbitrary
Cons: only those who "choose" to buy tokens can upgrade ships to play at the top level.

Version: Starport Galactic Empires 1.37
Pros: Nice music, decent graphics, entertaining gameplay, pk-free channel for newbies, NPC enemies and allies to interact with, hidden secret powerups to discover, lots of different ways to play.
Cons: Uncommon control style, small character (ship) selection, "warp fuel".
Summary: This game is fun, definitely worth a try if you just want to waste a little time. It's a forward-thrust/steer left and right type of game a little bit like Asteroids, but with much more content. Players have the freedom to build their character by ha... read more

Pros: great game with lots of posibilitys
Cons: you have to spend hours a day to keep up with the online world literaly theres people who play 4-8 hours a day (they have no life)
