  "Said it was already expired."

  Summary: I downloaded the product for the first time and when I went to use it, I was told this trial version was already expired. Then it would not uninstall completely. I had to hard reset my device to remove it from the remove programs wizard after manually removing all the files I could find. There are still two files on my device that the remove wizard said to manually remove (starnls.dll & startap.cpl)however they are not to be found anywhere. The remove wizard says they are in the windows dir but they are not! Luckily I backed up my device prior to installing this P.O.S.!
