Version: Star Trek: Armada II demo
"Definitely worth buying!"
Summary: If you liked the original version of Star Trek: Armada. Then you're going to love its newest installment. Personally, I loved first Star Trek: Armada, and naturally I was excited, when I heard about Armada II. Having now played Armada II, I am deeply grateful to the designers of this game for keeping the controls of Armada II very similar to the original. Often at times designers upgrade newer versions in every way including the controls. Which is not always a good thing. However, I'm happy to see the design team mostly left the controls alone. Which means that an avid player of Star Trek: Armada 1 will spend more time learning the game's new features, and less time learning an entirely new control system. Armada II's graphics are awesome, and the gameplay and storyline are just as good. Try the demo for yourself, and draw your own conclusions.
