    Version: Spyware Terminator 1.1

"Its free, it looks like Microsoft AntiSpyware and its fast."

by CableguyTK on January 28, 2006

    Pros: Its free.

It looks like Microsoft Antispyware, for those of you who like Microsoft's product (which should be all of you reading this).

    It scans fast.

    It comes with active scanners.

Its scans more than just files...going into the realm of HijackThis...like startup items, BHO's, etc.

Cons: For those of you who like to rip a program for looking like a ripoff, then this program is for you, since its interface is a complete ripoff of Microsoft Antispyware...but who can disagree with them doing that since the Microsoft AntiSpyware appearance is a winner.

WebGrrl: I think you are the one who needs to get a clue.

That list of programs is not titled "Malicious Anti-Spyware Products". It is titled "Rogue/Suspect Anti-Spyware Products". That doesnt necessarily mean that its bad.

Besides, the only thing it seems to associate with it that would otherwise be "bad" is the crawler reference. I haven't exactly seen that anywhere in the program...besides the fact that Crawler.c0m doesnt seem to be all that bad, if it ever once was. It looks like just another generic search engine to me.

I think the people at Rogue Warrior have their panties in a bunch. I think you do too.

I think you should head over to SoftPedia, which actually takes the time to install and test out every program they add to the software list, unlike Download.com, which just adds it casually. You can find evidence of SoftPedia testing the products due to the massive number of screenshots they host for all the programs they list.

And they are a very respected name in Software Sites, giving out a highly regarded 100% Free, or 100% Clean award. Spyware Terminator received a 100% Clean award.

There are 0 problems with this product, contrary to what you want to believe.

Why would you trust an app from someone whom you believe ripped off someone else?

Why would you also give it a 5 STAR review and recommend it to others?

Here is the review posted on 'The Spyware Warrior List of Rogue/Suspect Anti-Spyware Products & Web Sites' webpage.

    Spyware Terminator

    spyterm.com
