  "Don't know where to start"

  Support is a joke-they don't answer the phone and when they finally do they create a ticket that when responded to hasn't answered a single question.
  
  This program has caused severe glitches in my other programs

  Summary

  I literally, as the admin of pc can't use my account. I've tried to uninstall but can't do it, the program won't allow it as I need t enter my password. I can't enter my password though because of the program malfunction. I called and talked to a guy that barely spoke english and was no help. I don't know exactly how I can fix this. DON'T USE THIS PROGRAM. IT SUCKS AND SO DOES THE SO CALLED SUPPORT

Our helpdesk response to your ticket included detailed steps in how to properly uninstall, and reinstall SpyAgent to avoid the trouble you were having. We also offered to connect to your computer to uninstall and reinstall for you, to ensure everything was working properly, but we have not heard back from you.
