"Great customer service and software"

Pros
It allows me to see all of my child's facebook activities, and other online web stuff. I love being able to see all keystrokes she entered too!!
Cons
I had some issues downloading through my browser...but support helped me quickly with that.
Summary
Spytech really has excellent customer service. I really like the spyagent and it is just what the doctor ordered..Thanks again!!

The 30 day trial forces you to uninstall and reinstall if you want to continue using it.

Flexible screenshots logging capture it all. They connected to my computer and installed the software for me, too.
Cons
30 min trial has to be restarted to keep monitoring.
