Just a little marketing polish and I think this'd be golden!
You've got a really good Product (I bought it and use it enough to get my money's worth out of it) that provides a nice function, so no problems there. It's placed in a global market Place and I assume you're Promoting (publicity, advertising, direct mail, promotional offers) it where people can find out about it.
One thing that's been bugging me is your inconsistant approach to Price. It starts off as a $40 piece of software. Then drops to $27, then shoots up to $35? Not very consumer friendly. If you were to ask, say... a marketing guy, I'd keep the price at an inticing $20-25 mark and offer competative pricing for major upgrades (say from v1 to v2) around $5-10.
Bumping the price around doesn't do wonders for building up prospective consumer confidence.

I guess the developper has a low screen resloution or never resizes his windows becausze when i resize the window my user icon block the sidebar.
inbox does work but you can't read any messages.

In fairness, this is a young product - and an innovative one. BUT, it does need a lot of work. You should at the very least be able to looks at your contacts in an icon view instead of just a list view. Also $26.99 is a bit steep for this program. I think a $14.99 price point would be much better once this program get to version 1.5 or so.

i purchased a license prior to the most recent update, and the previous version (1.0.3) was a lot more stable than this release, but offered very little in the way of function. this new release is great in theory - being able to browse users by interest without using the frustrating myspace interface, only spyder has become a thousand times more frustrating than myspace alone. the program freezes, crashes, takes several minutes to start up, and in general just seems incredibly buggy. i think this will be a great app when the developer works out the kinks, but i just can't believe they would release something as sloppy as this update, and sell it to people in good conscience.
