"Does The Job, Spybot 2 Is Annoying Though"
Pros
The Original is rather quick, doesn't make my system lock up on my one really old computer, and detects most of what it is meant to detect. Removal of problems is simple.
Cons
Spybot 2 is a fairly different UI from the original, it is slower, makes my old computer have fairly annoying lag spikes, and needlessly brings up two separate windows at the same time when they both display the exact same information but in a slightly different layout. Most of these secondary windows you can tell to never pop up again but the mini-window that comes up when you are scanning has no option to disable it.
Summary
The original is great and a fairly easy and simple layout. Version 2 seems to be bloated, visually lacking, slow, and apparently feels you need two windows to tell you the exact same information.
