Version: Spybot - Search & Destroy 1.3
"Protect realtime for free!"
Pros: I love the latest version with the resident spy-bot which protects your registry. You can also shut it down anytime you like.
Cons: Crashes sometimes but no worry its just a very small bug for low memory pc.

why not try uninstalling it very clean so that its as if u didnt installed it (this is a bit trick u must know or u may use some programs such as uninstaller pro here in download.com shareware or other program that i cant remembr now for some reason then downloading a new spybot). i hope u didnt use those registry "cleaners." restart after installing. i still get small crashes sometimes like "error blah blah blah..." or u may want to use ad-aware se instead. i recommend not using resident tea timer it will not work "with" windows! anyways spybot has latest bug fixes...

Just a few thousand files into the scan it shuts down my laptop. Every time. I have a 40 gig harddrive with 60% free space. I'm running it on a Toshiba Satellite 2435. I would welcome any thoughts on the problem.
