I've found that Spybot AND Adaware combined will clear out a great number of Adware, Spyware, tracking cookies, and other baddies. Often, one program finds something the other missed. Unfortunately, no one program finds all the baddies, and all you can hope to do is to kill the vast majority of them. Version 1.3 of Spybot just came out this week, so there is always a chance that there is a bug or two to be worked out. Fortunately, it is well-supported software and expect any problems to be addressed via its self-update feature.

Try something else! Like Pest Patrol.., If you already own this produkt, do a scan, and then do a free online search on pestpatrols website.I promise you that the online scan will find stuff you never thought excisted.Sure, Spybot is good for removing cookies, but that's all.
