Version: SpyBuddy 3.7
"Buyer Beware: Company Will Not Refund!"
Pros: I have no pros to share since the product will not work with Windows XP User Accounts.
Cons: The product does not work with my Windows XP Professional User Accounts. I have communicated with their customer support for nearly two months now, (seventeen messages back and forth). Two weeks ago, on February 14, they told me if I would e-mail one of their technical staff, they would send me a solution. I e-mailed them the same day (and two more times since then) and they still have not sent me anything. I have asked them for a refund several times, but they just ignore my request.

I have SpyBudy and I'm running WIN XP PRO. Runs on my Admin user and my Limited/Guest users.
I suggest you make sure you were talking to the right people, they are a large company and many people resell their products.
