Version: SpyBuddy 3.7
"Buyer Beware: Company Will Not Refund!"
Pros: I have no pros to share since the product will not work with Windows XP User Accounts.
Cons: The product does not work with my Windows XP Professional User Accounts. I have communicated with their customer support for nearly two months now, (seventeen messages back and forth). Two weeks ago, on February 14, they told me if I would e-mail one of their technical staff, they would send me a solution. I e-mailed them the same day (and two more times since then) and they still have not sent me anything. I have asked them for a refund several times, but they just ignore my request.

Version: SpyBuddy 3.7
Pros: Easy Setup, but can't access from home.
Cons: It might be an okey product if it could be accessed from home, but it cant. I wouldn't buy this.

Pros: There is no way to test this since you have to pay for it to use it.
Cons: I don't want to take a chance on software that says they won't give any refunds either.

"Beware - Program is NOT Windows XP friendly"
Pros: The program does record all pc activity and will email logs (prior to ver 3.7.5), screen shots and what not. So for basic opperation is is ok
Cons: I have submitted support request only to be told that flaws in the program are actually a feature. Typical programmers response! My last support request has gone unasnwered. Their web page is so out of date it does not even mention that there were minor release updates. On an XP system the logged on user needs to be an administrator for it to function properly. On their last "minor update" it killed all email notifications so now this does not work. When clearing out the logs the program has a regular tendancy to lock up and you have to kill it in task manager. When clearing logs and doing a multi select of logs to delete it will only delete the first log. You either have to delete them one at a time or all of them. They call this a feature! Avast anti virus now picks this program up so it will kindly tell the logging on user about the "spyware" that is now running. Version 3.7.5 does not work with Yahoo Messenger version 8.0. This program has great potential if they would just call a bug a bug, fix it, and respond to customers request for support. Until they do this I would probabally recommend looking for a different program.

"SpybBuddy is a malicious tool."
Pros: I don't like it one bit!!!
Cons: Spybuddy can be used as spyware to log your credit card and other personal information and send it via the internet to unknown destinations.
