Summary
I think this is a great product and the price is very reasonable. My favorite feature is that it takes a screen shot every 30 seconds (or however often you want) and you can view these quickly in sequence. The customer service is also quick and helpful. They always respond to my email within a business day.

Summary
Simple, nicely catorgized. We are able to keep tabs on our children without them thinking we don't trust them. Did not slow my system down at all.

Seem to error out! What good is it if it only spys sporadically???
I read another post and downloaded and like the point and click ICE Remote Spy Software wayyyy better! I just downloaded their free version at matewatcher.com Take my word ICE is much better and the only one that secretly logged both-sides of all the major brands of instant messengers!!! -

Summary
Works great on XP Pro, and is very secure and easy to use. Not sure if it captures two-way IM as I don't need that but it captures all local keystrokes and occasional screenshots which can show two-way IM.
