takes too long to download, in the middle of a split, program encouters problems and needs to shut down, also the 12 MB download size stated is false it actually takes up about 25 MB of space. If u like to waste time dowloading crap then this is what u want.

i bought convertmovie first, workedgreat, had to redownload because of pc problems, and i got no answer from customer support(even though i bought the extended download at an extra charge!Well, i really needed it again, so i purchased The "suite" with extended download at xtra charge.needed to redownload after 6 months, and still Not a single response From customer service after repeated requests to help use my purchased xtended download! ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT! Im going to report these folks for ripping me off on 2 extended download services

"Trial version useless"

The software worked on a small portion of a video file (mp4) but not a larger one.
Cons
The software could not output a 25 minute avi file, and when I output a 5 minute mpeg file, there was 2 LINES OF RED TEXT across the screen for the entire length of the video. The download should state this. A subtle watermark is one thing, but putting words right in the middle of the screen is frustrating!
