"You will be reinstalling windows after using speeditup free. Zero rating 0.0"
Pros: Absolutely nothing.
Cons: This software adds some other nefarious too its install to be installed. It might work fine for someone but it messes up memory locations if you choose to stop using it. It also wants to run every reboot of windows. I found it too be quite irritating in constantly wants to defrag your disc. I recommend CNET and DOWNLOAD.com stop promoting it. It makes me realize how little reviewers actually know about products they promote. Do not install this software you will regret it.

Version: SpeedItup Free 4.95
Pros: This program did nocicably speed up my computer about 40% For a free program, I'll readily admit it improved performance.
Cons: 300% is quite a claim and not entirely believeable. And once again, it's a truncated version that doesn't do everything the paid-for version might.

"Looked to be great my I was a little disappointed"
Pros: What worked was easy to use. In fact it could not have been easier.
Cons: * The problem with the updated version and the old version on the screen at the same time.
* Asking for registration details in the middle of the run seems more spyware (ish) then I liked.Summary: This started out seeming it was going to be a great utility and then it did something that I either did not like or was a coincidental error.
