"slows startup, or must start manually"

This program seems to work as described, it allows user to slow or speed up fans as temeratures rise.
Cons
I got tired of it coming up every time I restarted my computer, since I had put in startup menu. It slows the startup considerably. If you take it out of start up menu you must start it manually or your fans may stay off.
I decided to remove it from my system. It asked if I wanted to remove a certain file, I clicked 'yes'. Then my computer acted slow, and I could not open any programs. Nothing seemed to help. I had to reformat. This is why I can't recommend this program.

Extremely vague and cryptic. Its creator doesn't help much by putting his personal angle on it. Can't see why this redundant garbage got any attention at all really. I'm deleting it, as its already `void' anyway.

For some reason it does seem to free up abit of RAM ??? and show temps which is helpful. But I can't get it to adjust my fan speed, maybe my computer is to old (3 years!!?? yea right) or my system does not support speed adjustment? wot ever!!

I have a RAM Gauge in my taskbar - it normally indicates that I have 296-318 MB available resources - of 512 MB Total. I installed SPEED FAN two nights ago: My gauge indicates that I have 338 - 356 MB available!
I haven't set the parameters. In fact, I'm not going to. This is one of those "leave well enough alone" situations.
It may not do something like that for your system, but it sure shot something into mine...........
