  "limited hellp"

  Pros

  helped with apple i phone update/itunes but little else that I could tell

  Cons

  updates changed IE settings and search even if refused initial install
  no good support for issues or problems caused by product.
  does not uninstall with the wizard and must manually remove.

  I got the download and the toolbar. But I can't get it to work .

  "Failed to installed."

  Earlier versions have worked well.

  Cons

  Their website sometimes appears to have spyware on it according to Norton Internet Security.

  Summary

  Skip this one and wait for the next release.

  "A great little program"

  A great little program that generally delivers the goods

  Cons

  A really simple program that delivers the goods it was designed for.

  Summary

  Unfortunately it does not seem to cover ALL the various video languages, but it covers that vast majority of video languages.
