"Does not work w/Outlook 2010 64bit on Win7 64bit"

Used to use and love this application for accurately eliminating spam.
Cons
I had stopped using it for a while, and after getting an email with a discount to try it again I installed the trial version to see if it was effective as it had been before. The add-in will not run on 64bit Outlook 2010 in my current configuration. I used the contact us form to request assistance or get info about whether it was supposed to work with my configuration and got no response at all after two weeks. Too bad, since I would have considered adjusting my configuration to support it. I won't go through the hassle without confirmation it should work, though.
Summary
This product may still be excellent. I wouldn't know, since it wouldn't run in my configuration (one more and more common with the advent of machines in 64bit mode). However, the biggest failure was with their support. I refuse to use a purchased application that requires yearly renewal if the company can't be bothered to answer a reasonable support question from a trial user.

Crashed my email program each time I logged out.
Summary
I used the version compatible with Windows Live Mail. The bounce feature did not work at all (I set up a dummy email account and checked) and everything else is pretty much the same I get with the spam filters I already have.

The challange features needs to be on by default. Needs option to have all junk mail "Read"

brilliant.... at spamming to sell spam software. not great for much else. a haphazard collection of technologies poorly integrated... clearly not much development prowess... interesting marketing tactics
Cons
bloatware, ineffective, illicitly marketed. Bouncing is not possible by the mail client: Lies are not cool.

I am in charge of a community with 300+ computers, we are using SpamBully to help our individual users. Outstanding product. Evrything works better than they advertise. We are very happy.

After its initial install it worked nicely and I even had hopes it would work over multiple Outlook Express accounts.
Cons
However after day one, it stopped working period. On any of the multiple OE accounts. I tried reinstalling it and again it worked for a little bit then it completely ignored the other accounts.
