From Interface Technologies:SourceVizor FileWatch is a tool specifically designed to meet the notification needs of teams using Microsoft Visual SourceSafe. FileWatch provides instant e-mail notification based on SourceSafe activity. It works for centralized and/or distributed teams. The step-by-step wizard lets you specify the SourceSafe database, select one or more files and/or projects, choose which users to monitor, control which activities trigger a notification, set up a distribution list of e-mail recipients, and specify the maximum frequency for e-mail notification. SourceVizor is the only server-centric solution that provides real-time notification. Other solutions require software to be installed on every client machine and provide less information about SourceSafe activity.
