"a program i have enjoyed for a long time"
Pros: i have had soulseek for a long time i have tried others but i have always gone back to soulseek 10/10 from me
Cons: ocasionally it comes off as to why i do not know but other than that i have no trouble with the product
Summary: i like soulseek as there is so much choice of music and other subjects that the veriety is not minimal i have tried so many other p2p that soulseek is my main and always will be my main program. read more

"Soulseek is an excellent p2p software."
Pros: The software/files are virus-free. There's an excellent array of music & such, things you probably couldn't find on Limewire or elsewhere.
Cons: It takes a minute to get used to how it works. Sometimes you have to keep picking files from the search list until you find one that begins download.

"I've used soulseek for years"
Pros: I have dialup - I can find most of what I want. I find it easy to use and I understand the issues and time of day make a difference in downloading.
Cons: I wish wma files were seperated from mp3.
Summary: I have been working on getting my 45 and favorite vinyl album songs to mp3 for the computer. I have introduced oldies to my 17 year old son and soulseek has worked up to my expections. read more

Pros: I have been able to find stuff even old obscure and things i just wanted to try or kinda preview music from peoples pages that i was able to find video for things i dont have hbo otherwise i would not been able to see trueblood, or catch great p2p
Cons: its easily crashed if you search beyond your computers ability it will crash versues your computer crashing but this new versions are getting better
Summary: this is a great product its free and i have been finding allot of things for my own personal uses this is better than all the other p2p software and its free, it's even worht pay movies, mp3s, and programs books comic books aka cbr files you can find... read more
