"Amazing piece of software that works like it claims to"

Pros
This software loads up, runs, and works very quickly with no glitches whatsoever. It is very easy to learn to use and is very efficient. It converts any video format that I have tried to convert and does it in quick fashion.
Cons
None that I can find, unless there is a format, common to more people that it doesn't convert.
Summary
It does what it is advertised to do in royal fashion with no installation problems. It works quickly and efficiently, converting scores of formats. It is extremely easy to learn to use and is visually simple and pleasing. This software is equivalent to an expensive piece of software. It is indispensable to me, at this point, and I would buy it if I could not get it free.
