There is a small learing curve, but it is fairly intuitive.
Summary
I have yet to run across a video I can't capture. I haven't tried any of those from sites that require their own "special branded" video player, so those probably won't work. After all, it IS meant for flash videos. As for the folks who had a hard time installing, I suggest you get it by way of the Firefox add-ons site.

Pros: XP version works on the MAC, I just randomly tried downloading and installing it. Bob was my uncle!! Happy Jacking :D

The Mac version does not work for the Mac. Whereas the stinking XP one does.. I guess windows is good for something haha!

I can't install it, so I don't know any pros.

It has xpi extention, so your computer doesn't know with what application it should be opened.
When I tried to open it with Firefox, the firefox said "Sothink SWF Catcher" will not be installed because it does not provide secure updates.Summary
I can't try it at all since it won't be open nor won't be installed.
