  "Didn't work at all"

  Version: SonicWALL Anti-Spam Desktop (32-bit version) 6.0

  Pros

  None. It didn't work!

  Cons

  Used the previous version called MailFrontier for years and worked well. The change to SonicWall stopped it cold. Deleted and reinstalled and still didn't work. Did not catch one spam email in over a week. Tried to contact support and got nowhere

  Summary

  Replied to my 4th email after 6 days. I wouldn't try it again if they paid me.

  "By far the best ever"

  Pros

  painless, no user maintenance required. thorough and accurate

  Cons

  would like it to scan multiple mailboxes on outlook express

  Lately, the SonicWall Bayesian info servers have been down a lot, making this once great product essentially useless. It's almost like they'd rather you bought their more expensive hardware boxes.
