Pros
None. Never got it to work. Entered a YouTube url, and it told me that it was an invalid YouTube url.
Cons
During the install, I was asked if I wanted the Facesmooch toolbar. I indicated no, but it installed anyway along with the search engine, Search.Conduit.

Cons
Had problems downloading and installing, tech support was responsive and solved the issue.
Summary
I would recommend this product. I use it to download videos for the classroom that otherwise I would not be able to share.
