From Solid Programs:

This gives you access to unbreakable OTP encryption. You can encrypt to and from files or directly to the clipboard. Paste cipher-text directly into text documents. Generate real random keys with no more than a radio and a sound card. One-Time Pad (OTP) encryption a.k.a. infinite key encryption. OTP encryption is absolutely unbreakable if used correctly. This system is well known and has been used for a long time by various intelligence agencies.

When no mistakes were made it has survived unbroken even when the resources off great world powers have been employed to break it. Unlike most encryption schemes today, not only can you be certain that your communications will not be decoded this year, but that your secrets are safe for eternity. Version 1.21 has removed the requirement to install IE5.5 (or higher) to run SolidEncryption. Improved and simplified registration system. License information and change log now available via help. Lastly, added link to help in the startup menu.

  • "Solid Encryption"
  • Version reviewed: Solid Encryption 1.21
This encryption utility uses the completely unbreakable OTP algorithm. To provide such safety, however, requires there be as many bits in the key as in the ciphered file. Generating a 1MB key on our PC took 10 minutes. Our main quibble with Solid Encryption is it can't cipher folders or multiple files at once. In addition to files, the program encrypts the Clipboard. A notepad instantly displays the encrypted and decrypted version of your text. Both functions may be useful, for instance, in instant-messaging programs. Besides the basic functions, you can test keys for randomness, the main condition of safety with OTP. The program's primary use may be ciphering very sensitive, but smallish documents for people with high levels of concern for privacy.
