I did not have the problems cited earlier, just worked

- I was unable to experience the problems cited earlier. Tried it on a few pdf files and it translated them perfectly. Margins on some needed adjusting but probably because I did not have the right font.

- I have not experienced any to date. A bit pricey perhaps.

- Program attempted to convert document, but only converted (partially) the first page, the rest of the pages were blank. Tried twice.

- Basically it is not useable for my purposes... since I do have the latest OSX but not the latest Office nor do I need it for the rest of my purposes so I do not know if it will work with the latest Word.
