Few card programs kill time as effectively and enjoyably as SolSuite 2006. This professional-level repository of more than 460 solitaire games even includes children's games. The helpful interface lets you browse games grouped by type, time, difficulty, and skill level, or you simply can have the program choose a variation at random. SolSuite 2006 provides a glance at each game's rules, a difficulty rating, and a layout. Players can customize cards and backgrounds, and can add a solitaire game with the rules wizard. Strategies, tips, and hints help beginners, and adepts will enjoy the complete statistics with graphs, 3D charts, tables, and logs. You always can undo your moves and return to a good position. The suite supports multiple players and is perfect for families and tournaments. You even can post your score to the publisher's Web site. Solitaire buffs won't need the full-trial period to decide whether to buy the registered version of SolSuite 2006.Publisher's description

Version: SolSuite Solitaire 2006 6.11
"Every solitaire game you'll every want, and then some"
Pros: The sheer number of games & variations speaks for itself. The layout is attractive, with plenty of options (with the free optional packs), and avoids all the cutesy juvenile graphics that make you feel like a nine-year old. And it has statistics... enough statistics to keep the most anal-retentive accountant in a state of bliss in perpetuity! This collection has features too numerous to mention, and is well worth the paltry price. Best I've seen!
Cons: Minor points: The hints feature shows you every possible legal play, no matter how ridiculous. This is time consuming and frustrating when you are trying to learn a new game, or when you just want to speed up a game. At least put the best moves first.
Also, and this is true of many other manufactures' games, it would be nice to have a "resign" button on the toolbar that ends the game and brings up the stats, and a pop-up notice that there are no more moves remaining. True, both of these are available with a few mouse clicks, but it would just be "nice", you know?
