  "Shuts Down Windows Me"

  Pros: Do Not DownLoad to WINME ,Can't it installs & Then Shuts down PC !!!!!!!!

  Cons: Have to got to SafeMode & removed program to even Restart Computer, Then Have to run Scandisk to correct Errors before normal operation

  "Good light-weight, rule-based, firewall"

  Pros: - Good set of default rules.

  - Light-weight: doesn't chew up a bunch of resources under Win9x (I tested with under Win98).

  - Can block using MAC / hardware address.

  Cons: - Learning mode can be confusing because you don't know what all the ports are for.

  - Cannot resolve IP addressess (don't know who's connecting to your computer)

  - Cannot determine which application is sending or receiving (no application rules)

  "Good light weight rule based firewall."

  Pros: Low hard drive and RAM usage. Gets the job done.

  Cons: The application is not for the average user. Definitely for technical users that know how firewall rules and networking works. Lacks email protection and malicious web scanning protection.

  "Great simple lightweight firewall"

  Pros: + simple configuration of rules

  + lightweight

  + runs on windows 95 with IE4

  Cons: - requires internet explorer 4

  - not for inexeperienced users

  "Block PC with MAC Address"

  Pros: I found softperfect software can block PC or notebook with MAC address, I think it available and free.

  Cons: Increase more firewall function is better.
