Publisher's description
From MiniIE :From the developer: "SoftEject is a hip and convenient software that helps you to protect your CDROM Eject Key. And it is not a memory-resident program. Click SoftEject Icon -> CDROM Open -> Click 'OK' Button-> CDROM Close and SoftEject is Quit (exit from memory). Drag the SoftEject shortcut from the Start Menu, and drop to Quick Launch Bar (in System State Bar). So you can Open and Close the CDROM simple and convenient."

Version: SoftEject 1.0
Cons: Too basic, as in just an icon, no support for multiple drives (like if you have 2 cdrom drives) and you get an error when you click OK.

Version: SoftEject 1.0
"not worth it, considering size"
Cons: it isn't worth downloading for 1.4 mb. there is another program that is much better/smaller. It's called HDeject. IT's only 9 kb.

"gave me an error message (winxp)"
-
Version: SoftEject 1.0
"Such a large program for such a small task"
Summary: Didn't anyone else notice that almost every positive review of this product uses the same poor grammar and even more atrocious spelling? Is it the author tooting his own horn?
