"Great for home, not corporate, don't share opml files"
Version: Snarfer 1.0.2
Pros
Easy to use, fast response time.
Cons
When exporting to opml, stores passwords unprotected. unacceptable in a corporate environment.
Nice to have: Search between two dates. Forcing function to use Firefox instead of "default browser". In corporate world, IE is often the default browser.Summary
Great tool for home users! Do not share opml if you access password protected sights.

"Snarfer is SIMPLY the best!"
Version: Snarfer 1.0.2
Pros
Easy to use. Easy to tweak.
Cons
There's not one thing I don't like.

"Does what it's supposed to do."
Version: Snarfer 1.0.2
Pros
That it works without crashes (so far, anyway)
Cons
A bit primitive.
Summary
This is a RSS reader which has been working good for me, although I must confess that I haven't had the program for very long so it's really hard to give a good review on it. So far it has been working without crashes and that is a behaviour which symbolises a good application.

"Fantastic! Tried Feedemon, others, this is best!"
Version: Snarfer 1.0.2
Pros
Fast and only a 400kb download w/ an SQL database not some silly flat file system. Tried Feedemon and all the others before finding Snarfer. Does what an RSS reader is supposed to do... make reading feeds easy.
Cons
Would like automatic email alert system for keyword watches.

"Disappointing Product and no real support"
Version: Snarfer 1.0.2
Pros
The feeds showed up whenever I refreshed manually.
Cons
Ok, so I know you're wondering why I gave it such a low review. Well let me say that aside from actually being able to read the feeds whenever I manually refreshed, I was disappointed. I've added in 3 very popular news feed while I've seen update itself every few minutes. I wanted to be updated as much as possible so I downloaded this popular software. After changing the settings around from the default setting of updating every 15 minutes to updating every 5 minutes, I've seen it switch BACK to the default setting every day for the last 3 weeks (the time period I've had this software). I've checked all possible tabs and information to find out why this was happening. I've uninstalled and reinstalled based on what the support forums has said. Nothing as it goes back its painful 15 minute updates.
I've tried suggestions people have gave me (and I'm not computer illiterate) and Snarfer decided it wanted to do its own thing. At this point, until Snarfer decides to actually remember and understand what a user want to do when reading feeds, it’s not worth the trouble if you’re looking for something less than 15 minutes updates.
