Summary
I signed up for the monthly subscription, was charged for the first month stating 22 June 2012 but could not log into the account on the third day after subscription. (note that I could use the premium content on the first day after I signed up).
Sent email to customer service and Josh attended to me. He gave me another account to log into and said that that would solve my problem. Whe I logged into that account, it says that it was going to expire on 1st July 2012! So I went back to Josh and he said that I just had to change the account name to my own email (the one I subscribed with) and it will be fine. I did as he instructed and the expiry date still remained as 1st July 2012!!
When I got back to him again, he insisted that that was my account and asked for proof of payment AGAIN! So i sent my paypal transcaction details once again and threatened that I would cancel if he did not get it right for me this time. The next email I got from him was instruction on how to cancel!
Today, I tried to use the service again and was logged out! This is utterly ridiculous. I have put up a dispute via paypal. The amount is not big but the issue is! I JUST CANNOT TOLERATE DISHONEST BIZ PRACTICES!!!!!
