Made one cute card and now have TOTALLY unwanted copy of ALL my pictures SOMEWHERE. Is this at least only on MY computer or have they been uploaded and swallowed by the Smilebox from hell?

I NEVER NEVER NEVER asked for Smilebox to copy all my pictures anywhere. NEVER. And where is this copy? Is it ONLY in my own computer, or are all my family pictures out there floating around in cyberspace???

DO NOT go anywhere near this product.

Hi Dot. Sorry for the confusion - your photos are not floating around in cyperspace!

Smilebox is software that runs on your computer. When you use Smlebox to make a card or scrapbook or slideshow, you're working with the photos directly on your computer. Smilebox doesn't upload any photos to the internet while you're making your creation.

When you choose to send your creation by email or post it to Facebook, Smilebox will upload that creation to the internet. Only the photos that you chose to put in that creation will be included.

I hope that clears things up. If you have more questions, please email our customer support team: support {at} or visit our support website at
