"This is surely a professionel software package"
Pros: Just installed the Smartlaunch 4.0 system in my 64 PC cafe last week, and sofar i have been very happy with both the software and the support. The software have a lot of usefull feature!!!
Cons: Can think of anything... - but of cause it could be free :-)

Pros: Been using SmartLaunch for two weeks now, and I am really really impressed!
By now I haven't even been through half of all the cool features it has.
What I like the most so far is the smooth interface, customer ordering, ease of use, (did I say cool interface?) and the fact that it got it all.
Cons: Amazingly enough I can't come up with any at this point :)

"The best cafe administration software available"
Pros: I've been running SL4 since July, when it was still beta. Since then, I have only had one crash. I immediately placed an emergency support request, and was on the phone with an SL team member, and had the problem fixed within the hour. SL delivers first-class support to its customers.
This is an excellent overall product, that has a very professional interface, and has the stability my business requires. There really is no other cafe administration software that is comparable; Smartlaunch is in a class of its own.

Pros: Great interface which is easy to use. Many usefull features which I haven't seen in other cafe apps.
