Pros
I'm a hairdressing salon owner and used to use an appointment book before using SmartAssistant. I find this product so easy to use and it prevents me from making any mistakes when booking an appointment and managing my clients. I'd highly recommend any salon owner or person to use this product.

It's small, easy to use and you can have it open, then minimize it. Basically it does everything a PIM does but for far less cost to you.
Best solution for the birthday reminders, contact lists, to do notes etc. -

Cons
The only real complaint about this software is that it's not translated into other languages (for all those of us whose native language is not English).
