Least through than the other two programs, it has the limitation of Auslogics of not defragmenting some files if there is not enough space
I tested new versions of Auslogics Disk Defrag, Smart Defrag, and the new Defraggler in my sister's old HP laptop that has an almost full hard drive.I forgot that Auslogics does have an Analyze option under Action
Auslogics Disk Defrag 220.127.116.11 beta
Pros: Thorough, it has a new scheduler, able to defrag multiple hard drives at the same time and has an option to shutdown when it's done, very quick, has a new look
Cons: It has a limitation of not defragmenting some files if there is not enough space, no Analyze option, not able to defrag lock files
Pros: Thorough, a low requirement of 5% to defrag and will defrag hard drive files even when there's not enough space, shows defragmented files after analyzing and able to select just those files for a fast defrag, simple design, scheduler, easy to use, and able to shutdown computer after it's done
Cons: You have to wait long to finish, it looks like it does a deep defragmenting but I do not know if it needs that much time, not able to defrag multiple drives at the same time
Smart Defrag 1.11
Pros: Quick, different levels of optimization and defragmenting (Defrag Only, Defrag and Fast Optimize, and Defrag and Deep Optimize) and able use them in scheduling defragmentation, it a auto defrag when computer is idle, and able to shutdown after defragmenting.
Cons: Least through than the other two programs, it has the limitation of Auslogics of not defragmenting some files if there is not enough space
Summary: For this test, after running both Auslogics and Smart Defrag, Defraggler worked the best in defragmenting my sister?s hard drive and gaining back 81.98% of space. Defraggler is a nice simple program and although it is not as through as Auslogics when just analyzing the drive, its able defrag hard drive below its required space and even defrag the files Auslogics detected that Defraggler?s analysis did not. Defraggler is a nice simple program for people who have time and are trying to defrag there almost full computer.
Auslogics is my second choice for a through defrag program but not able to defrag without the enough space required, it is somewhat pointless. If it had the capabilities of Defraggler to defrag files even without enough space and a deeper defragmenting, then it would an ideal program. Auslogics is still beta, so we might see an improvement on the final release of 2.0.
Smart Defrag is a very nice program that offers a Deep Optimize and Auto Defrag, but it is not as thorough. I am not sure if the Deep Optimize is even working but it is nice to have. Combine this with a more thorough defragmenter and it will be better than the other two programs.
Right now, I am keeping all three programs as my defragmenting tools to use for further testing. Why you ask? Because I want to know if Defraggler has Smart Defrag?s Deep Optimize already built in. Maybe when they have their new versions ready, that will I be able to decide which to stick with.

Defraggler needs to add a Custom scheduler to have the same flexibility as the other two programs.
